 Operating conditions of DHG series drying oven

1.room temperature: 5℃～40℃,relative humidity no more than 85%RH, because the external envionment will affect the temperature rise of the drying oven, the lower the environmental temperature, the slower the heating rate. otherwise the faster.
2. there should be no strong vibration source and strong electromagnetic field around, otherwise it will affect the normal control of electrical appliances.
3.It should be placed in a stable and horizontal table, without serious dust, direct sunlight and corrosive gas.
4. There should be enough space around the drying chamber, and there should be at least 30 cm space between the oven back and the wall, and it should not be placed directly under the heat sensors such as fire alarm and other heat resourses.
5. The power supply voltages are 110V,220 V or 380 V as standard.
6. The shelves positions can be adjustable for different sizes materials. When placing the articles, there must be a certain gap between the articles. Try not to be too crowded, otherwise the circulation of hot air will be affected and the temperature will fluctuate greatly.
usage of DHG drying oven
1. Put the articles into the drying oven, keep a certain space around, and keep the air flow in the working room unblocked. drying oven is generally equipped with inlet and outlet as standard. According to the moisture condition of the dried articles, turn the air door adjusting knob to the appropriate position, or close or fully open.
2. Turn on the power switch and fan switch.
3. Set the required temperature on controller, and start heating.
4.the controller has timer and over-temperature function, when timer is over, the alarm will beep automatically.
5.after heating, turn off the power switch, after the temperature inside cools down, take out the items. If the items are overheated, you can put on heat-resistant gloves to take it out, the working interior shall be cleaned at the end.
Precautions and maintenance of DHG series drying oven
1.The machine must be well and effectively grounded to ensure power safety.
2. The equipment should be placed at least 30 cm away from the surrounding area
3. It is forbidden to put inflammable, explosive, and volatile materials in the oven.
4. It should be placed in a well-ventilated room without inflammable and explosives.
5. When the temperature is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator of the instrument with intelligent PID function will be on and off many times. This is the start of the PID function. After the temperature reaches the set temperature for 30 minutes, the temperature will be basically holding.
6. Function of instrument self-tuning function: since the set temperature range of the drying oven is RT + 5 ℃ - 250 ℃, the instrument self-tuning function can be used for users with different temperature ranges. For users with different temperature ranges, the instrument self-tuning function can be used first, so that the instrument can automatically remember the PID parameters of temperature rise. For example, if you often use 200 degrees, The oven should be no-loaded before use. Turn on the self-tuning function of the instrument and set it 200 degrees until it is constant. During this period, the instrument will automatically record PID data. After self-tuning, the temperature fluctuation and uniformity will be better.
7. When the temperature rises and keeps constant, the fan should be on, otherwise, the temperature error and fluctuation will exist.
8. The oven should always be kept clean, and the inner chamber and outer should be cleaned after use. If it is not used for a long time, neutral grease or vaseline should be coated on the electroplated parts to prevent corrosion, and they should be placed in a dry room.
