How to deal with the glitches of the artificial climate chamber?

RG series artificial climate chamber is a high-precision constant temperature and constant humidity light simulation test equipment with cooling, heating, and illumination control. It can be used for plant cultivation, breeding test, bacteria, mold, microorganism cultivation, preservation, BOD measurement of water analysis, and other uses. Constant temperature test. Sensor Fault Alarm
Abnormal temperature sensor, check temperature sensor, model PT100;.

Abnormal humidity sensor, check humidity sensor.
Temperature doesn't rise or fall slowly
Inspection of electric heating pipes;

Check that the refrigeration system is functioning (compressor not operating, refrigeration system leaking, condenser fan not operating, condenser excessive dust);

Check that the internal tank fan is not running and damaged;

Check that the operating voltage is within 10 per cent of V(~220).
Humidity does not rise to the set value
Check the height of the water level, which should be in the upper middle of the heating pipe;

Inspection of humidified heating tubes.
Display not available
Check for incoming plug wires ~220 V;

Check whether the power switch is on;

Check whether the power switch of the equipment is tripped, if tripping, please check the fault according to the wiring diagram.
Display screen shows water shortage and buzzer alarm
Visual inspection of water tanks for lack of water;

Visualize whether the water tank valve has been opened;

Open the discharge valve on the left side of the box to see if water is released. No water, check water pipeline or water solenoid valve failure according to drawing. water, water level switch failure (water level switch in inner tank).

The inlet solenoid valve can not be closed and damaged, the solenoid valve has no switch signal, please check the fault according to the wiring diagram.
Illumination lamp is not available
Check that the illumination settings are on or the illumination has been run in cycle;

Check whether the lamp tube or lamp holder is in good condition;

Check faults according to wiring diagrams.

 Troubleshooting

1. When the temperature sensor fails, "Temperature abnormal" is displayed, you can consider replacing the temperature sensor.

2. When the humidity sensor fails, 99% or 0% is often displayed. You can consider replacing the temperature sensor.

3. When the water level signal is still open for 5 minutes, the water supply system will be prompted. The controller displays "Water shortage, please add water". Please check the water supply system for failure.
