Two types of drying oven structure and material introduction

DHG and KH series of electrothermal constant temperature blast drying ovens are improved and optimized products based on the 101 series. Series 101 is used to transport air from the side, and the heating wire is at the bottom of the inner liner. The hot air heated during operation is forced into the left air duct by the blower and then flows to the inner tank through the punching plate. The loop is repeated. Because of the single side hot air circulation, there is no dead angle around the inner tank, The flow of air is difficult to cover, which causes the temperature difference phenomenon at different points of the inner tank.

The new modified DHG and KH have a great difference from the 101 Series in structure. The air duct is designed behind the inner liner, the blower is in the middle of the air duct plate, and the heating pipe is installed around the air blade as the center. The rotating air blade is drawn in the middle hole at the back of the inner liner and flows through the heating pipe and then flows to the inner tank in the left and right directions, and then flows back to the middle suction hole behind the inner tank, So it's going to be circulating.  On the basis of the KH series, the DHG series drying oven then add the air guide plate at the lower part of the inner tank, and drain some hot air to the front of the inner tank, so that the whole airflow of the inner tank covers almost every corner, so that the temperature is more stable and even. With higher precision temperature control instrument than 101 series and with PID intelligent technology, which reduces temperature impulse. Meanwhile, it has timing and over-temperature alarm, among which DHG series is standard equipped with RS485 microcomputer interface (with software, it can be monitored and managed on the Internet).
