1. The difference between the three kinds of stainless steel materials SUS201,304,316,

The main difference between 316 and 304 in chemical composition is that 316 contains Mo, and 316 has better corrosion resistance than 304 in a high-temperature environment. The density of 316 is higher than 304. 304 stainless steel is widely used in industry, home decoration industry, and food and medical industry. 316 stainless steel is more used in seawater related equipment and food industry. 304 stainless steel and 201 stainless steel are actually different in composition. 304 has higher chromium content than 201 and better natural corrosion resistance. It can be seen that the quality and corrosion resistance of 316# are the best, and the price is the most expensive, followed by 304#, 201#.

Our company's products are generally divided into two types. Kenton's whole series of inner materials are made of SUS304 S.S as standard, Kenton models are equipped with SUS201 as standard, and 316 materials can be customized.

2.Difference between galvanized steel and carbon steel sheet

Galvanized steel refers to the steel plate with a layer of zinc on its surface, which has a certain degree of rust prevention and weak corrosion resistance, but it can not be compared with stainless steel, it will rust after a certain period of use, and the corrosion resistance is not strong. Carbon steel is not rustproof and easy to rust, so it must be treated by surface spray or electrostatic spray. Galvanized steel is more expensive than carbon steel.
