Installation

A: Installation

1. The installation place of equipment affects using effect and using life. Should be installed in a clean plant and pay attention to door seal to prevent outside from dust particles, in order to prolong the service life of the equipment

2. The clean bench should be kept away from the vibration place and noise place. especially keep far away from the vibration place.

3. Connect the power, turn on the power switch, in order to reach ideal cleanliness, first turn up the airflow velocity and turn on the UV light for 20-30 mins, then it can be used normally after turn on a light switch

4. Finish using, turn off all switches and clean the working room and close organic glass door

Maintenance

 1．To ensure the long-term use of equipment, should dismantle the primary filter according to the DRAWING about 4-6 months.
2．If airflow velocity of the working area can’t reach 0.08m/s, must replace the high-efficiency filter. Purchase filter by our company. Pay attention to the arrow signal when replacing the filter. Arrow direction is laminar airflow direction.
3．Primary filter is made of 5-8mm non-woven fabrics, fixed with a metal net. installed in the inlet.
4．After replacement, clean the pollution materials, then start the fan to check the filter and check airflow pattern.
5．Prohibit changing the inside structure. if it has any quality problem, contact us.
6．Move the equipment carefully, avoid damaging.
7．Before setting this equipment aside, please unplug the power plug.
