a) At a height of 25mm behind the observation screen and 150mm above the top of the front window opening, accumulate the smoke generated by the suction bulb and allow it to move slowly from one end of the biological safety cabinet to the other.
b) Observe the direction of the smoke flow and tick the yes or no oven for the phenomenon in the "Description of the observed results" oven of the test record.
c) Evaluation of results
According to YY 0569-2011 5.4.9.1 "The airflow in the working area of the safety cabinet shall be downward, without vortex or upward airflow and without dead spots. The airflow should not escape from the cabinet." The observations are evaluated in accordance with the requirements of the standard and a satisfactory conclusion is given.

a) At a distance of approximately 38 mm from the outside of the biosafety cabinet, the smoke from the accumulation of aspiration balls passes along the entire perimeter of the front window opening, paying particular attention to the corners and vertical edges.
b) Observe the direction of the smoke flow and tick the yes or no oven for the phenomenon in the "Description of the observed results" oven of the test record.
c) Evaluation of results
According to YY 0569-2011 5.4.9.3 "The airflow around the entire perimeter of the front window opening of the safety cabinet shall be inward, with no airflow escaping outward. The airflow into the front window opening should not enter the working area. The observation results are evaluated and a conclusion is given as to whether they are satisfactory.
