1. Plug in the power and press the power switch of the bacteria incubator. The display displays the actual temperature and humidity of the incubator.

2. Connect the power supply to the humidifier. Insert the plug into the power socket on the back of the instrument, connect the humidifier tube of the instrument to the humidifier, and check whether the connection is tight. Add water to the humidifier tank. If the humidifier is faulty, repair the humidifier nearby according to the warranty points in the humidifier manual.

3. Press the temperature button, and the digital display will be the set value. Rotate the temperature to the required value, and the digital display will be the actual temperature in the incubator. For example, the actual temperature in the incubator is less than the set temperature, the heating indicator lights up, and the heater starts heating; If the actual temperature in the mold incubator is greater than the set temperature, the refrigeration indicator is on, and the refrigeration system starts to refrigerate; If the heating and cooling indicators are dark, the incubator is under constant temperature. Do not turn the temperature control knob back and forth multiple times after setting the temperature. If the compressor starts frequently, the compressor will be overloaded, which directly affects the compression. The service life of the machine When the service temperature is low, the water in the water tray at the bottom of the box should be removed regularly. When humidity is not used for a long time, please pour out the water in the box.

4. Humidity adjustment: Select the humidity setting button, the current digital display is set to value, rotate the humidity to the required humidity value, release. At this point, the digital display is the actual humidity in the mold incubator. When the actual humidity of the culture room is less than the set humidity, the humidifier humidifies the culture room, and the humidification indicator is on. When the actual humidity in the culture room is greater than the set value, the humidifier stops working and the humidifier indicator is off. Because the humidity sensor is in a high humidity state for a long time, it will form dew, that is, the humidity display value will be high. If an accurate humidity display value is needed, the door should be opened after closing, so that the humidity sensor at room temperature, natural drying, can continue to use.

5. When the machine fails during operation, the power must be cut off immediately, and check the safe installed on the back of the machine. 2A: cooling and heating load fuse oven, 8A: control power fuse box. To see if the fuse is intact, check the corresponding parts.

6. If sterilization is not required, the sterilization switch on the panel should be placed in a closed position.

7. When the instrument is not in use, unplug the power plug.
