Buying an industrial oven also depends on how well it insulates. A standard enough oven puts a lot of emphasis on insulation because if the heat doesn't stay in the oven, allowing the heat to spread outside the body, the oven will bake poorly and energy will be wasted.


Tank size. When the uniformity of temperature uniformity is high, it is recommended to reduce the number of samples or choose a large drying oven to ensure hot air convection in the working room. A gap of 2-3 cm or more between the item sample and the inner wall or the air inlet and outlet facilitates hot air convection in the studio.


Before using an industrial oven, read the equipment manual carefully. Different types of industrial ovens come in different configurations. Check the thermostat and other configurations before use. Before electrification, attention should be paid to whether the industrial oven has an open circuit or leakage, and the electrical performance of the electric box. When ready, the sample can be put in, the door of the box must be closed, and the exhaust valve must be unscrewed at the same time, the clearance is about 10m/m, and then the power supply is connected. A current air switch matched with the test is installed on the power supply line of the industrial oven, and a ground wire is provided.
