Constant temperature drying oven function setting

The drying oven is provided with a double-layer toughened glass door observation window. Heat-resistant silicone rubber sealing ring is installed between the studio and the outer door, which increases the sealing between the door and the studio and effectively improves the insulation property of the cabinet working room. The drying box adopts LCD display mode, precision microcomputer intelligent PID temperature control system, with timing function and temperature control accurate, high precision characteristics.


 When the temperature control effect is not ideal, the system can be self-tuning. In the process of self-setting, there will be a large temperature overshooting. Users should fully consider this factor before carrying out the self-setting of the system.


In the non-set state, long-press the "Shift/self-setting" key for 6 seconds and then enter the system self-setting program. The setting indicator flashes. After the end of self-setting, the indicator stops blinking and the controller will get a better set of system PID parameters, and the parameter values will be saved automatically. In the process of system self-tuning, long-press the "Shift/self-tuning" key for 6 seconds to abort the self-tuning program.


If there is an overtemperature alarm due to an upper deviation in the self-setting process of the system, the alarm indicator will not light and the buzzer will not sound, but the heating alarm relay will automatically disconnect. The Settings key is invalid during system self-tuning. During the self-setting process of the system, the lower row of the controller display window always displays the temperature setting value regardless of whether there is a constant temperature time setting.
