How to deal with the glitches of the artificial climate chamber?

RG series artificial climate chamber is a high-precision constant temperature and constant humidity light simulation test equipment with cooling, heating, and illumination control. It can be used for plant cultivation, breeding test, bacteria, mold, microorganism cultivation, preservation, BOD measurement of water analysis, and other uses. Constant temperature test. After long-term use of the artificial climate chamber , some failures may sometimes occur. Kenton Instruments will show you below. fault resolution fault resolution Inspection/exclusion Sensor Fault Alarm Abnormal temperature sensor, check temperature sensor, model PT100;. Abnormal humidity sensor, check humidity sensor. Temperature doesn't rise or fall slowly Inspection of electric heating pipes; Check that the refrigeration system is functioning (compressor not operating, refrigeration system leaking, condenser fan not operating, condenser excessive dust); Check that the internal tank fan is not running ...

What to do when the vacuum oven leaks

A vacuum drying oven is called a vacuum drying chamber because of its vacuum pump. It can reduce the boiling point of liquid to be expelled in a vacuum environment. It is very practical for thermal-sensitive substances. Some powder or granular samples can also shorten the drying time when using a vacuum drying chamber. A vacuum drying chamber can completely eliminate the possibility of thermal explosion of oxides in vacuum environment. Compared with an ordinary drying chamber relying on air circulation, powder samples will not be blown away during drying. But what should we do when air leakage happens in the process of using? In fact, it's not difficult to solve. Kangheng Instrument Laboratory Equipment Manufacturer tells you how to do it. When the vacuum degree of the drying box reaches the required vacuum degree, the vacuum degree decreases in a short time. After replacing the new vacuum valve and electronic tube, it is still the case. So how to check the remaining? It is difficu...

Installation and debugging of Laminar flow cabinet

图片
A Laminar flow cabinet is a facility that provides a sterile operating environment for laboratory work to protect experiments from the external environment and at the same time provide some degree of protection to the external environment from contamination and to protect operators. Compared with the simple aseptic cover, the clean table has the advantages of allowing free movement of the operator, easy access to any part of the operating area, and higher integrity. Installation and debugging Plugin the power supply of the Laminar flow cabinet , open it according to the function shown on the control panel, clean the working surface and shell of the purification table carefully before starting up, remove dust on the surface area, and carry out normal operation and use 10 minutes after starting up.
