How to choose biochemical incubator?

When many people buy biochemical incubators, they pay more attention to materials and tend to neglect appearance and structure. In fact, the appearance and structure of the biochemical incubators are also very important.

Good biochemical incubator, need to pay attention to:

1. The surface coating should be uniform in color and luster, smooth and clean, and should not be exposed, wrinkled, blistered, spotted, cracked, and obvious scratches. 2. The welding and angular parts of the biochemical tank shell shall be polished and blunted as required, and then sprayed, polished, or plated. The whole structure should be firm.

3. The gaps in splicing installation parts shall be uniform.

4. The fixed feet should be placed stably, and the moving casters should rotate flexibly without abnormal noise. When the biochemical box moves in any direction with the door open or closed, there should be no inclination to dump.

5. The inner liner of the biochemical box should be well sealed, smooth, flat, and even, without obvious scratches. The bottom of the liner, evaporation chamber, etc. shall be provided with condensed water centralized discharge port to prevent blockage or leakage.

6. The door should be opened and closed flexibly without abnormal noise. When closed, the door and the box should be sealed well.

7. The sealing strip of the door should not be easily aged, sticky, deformed, and lose its sealing performance at high or low temperature.
