In order to make the equipment run normally and get the best performance, we need to pay attention to some key points when using it:

1. When you start the machine for the first time or when the machine is working in the environment with a large temperature change (more than 20 ℃), the self-tuning function must be started. In the process of equipment self-tuning, it is necessary to maintain the continuity of power supply and minimize the interference of the power grid to the equipment, or restart the self-tuning. If the temperature does not meet the set value, the self-tuning can be turned on again.

2. Different drying time should be selected according to different drying objects and humidity degree. If the drying time is longer and the vacuum degree drops, it is necessary to vacuum again. The step is to open the vacuum pump motor switch first, and then open the vacuum valve.

3. In order to ensure the temperature uniformity in the oven, the articles in the chamber should not be placed too closely and evenly during the experiment, so as to facilitate the heat conduction of the articles in the chamber.
