How to detect the vacuum deviation value of a vacuum drying oven?

Turn on the vacuum pump, when the vacuum degree is close to - 0.1MPa, it basically reaches the limit value of the vacuum used in the vacuum oven. After the indication value is stable, record the pressure indication value of the standard vacuum gauge and the pressure indication value of the vacuum gauge equipped with a vacuum chamber. Release the vent valve of the vacuum tank slowly and evenly. In this process, when the pressure indication of the vacuum gauge equipped with the real empty box indicates - 0.08mpa, - 0.06mpa, - 0.04MPa and-0.02mpa, close the vent valve of the vacuum oven and record the pressure indication of the standard vacuum gauge.

These four groups of indication value plus the previous limit value indication value, a total of five groups of indication value. The difference between the five groups of indication values was compared as the vacuum deviation of a vacuum drying oven at each test point.
