1.For the construction and material differences between the KZ, DZF  vacuum drying oven models, described below.

  The inner cavities of KZ and DZF-S series are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is very suitable for research laboratories with acid and alkali resistant and corrosion resistant environments. Only the inner cavity of the DZF series without S is made of cold-rolled steel plate, which can be selected by users according to actual needs.

The KZ series adopts the international advanced preheating technology of the inner cavity. The three-sided annular stainless steel heating tube preheats the inner wall of the inner cavity first, which makes the temperature rise faster and the temperature stability better (picture). The KZ-G high-match model is equipped with laminar heat transfer technology, which transfers the heat directly to the sample through the aluminum laminar, and solves the problem of weakened heat transfer in a vacuum state better (with diagram), and is also equipped with valve electric control technology, vacuum degree automatic control, without manual control, more convenient operation and higher vacuum accuracy (with diagram).   DZF series can be divided into three kinds of heating structure, respectively, the 50 series of four-sided inner wall heating, 60 series of two-sided heating, and 30 series of layered independent heating (with the picture). The four-sided heating is more uniform than the two-sided heating, and the 30 series can realize the function of controlling the temperature of each laminar area separately. Therefore, customers should choose a suitable series according to their needs when selecting a model.

2. Insulation

KZ series use imported environmentally friendly aluminum silicate insulation cotton, and the use of isolation insulation technology: the inner liner and shell hollow isolation design, to avoid the loss of energy due to heat transfer (with pictures).

DZF series use the traditional rock wool filling, providing effective insulation.

3. Manufacturing process

   The KZ series uses thicker plates, and the sheet metal parts are all laser cut and CNC shaped (picture), which makes the production process and precision better than DZF.
