The difference between the control panels of the three incubators

Kenton Laboratory has very many series of incubators, constant temperature incubators, biochemical incubators, mold incubators, constant temperature and humidity incubators, and so on. So what is the difference between several popular thermostatic incubators in the control panel?

PX series thermostatic incubator

PX, DNP and 303 series of thermostatic incubator control panel difference (with three kinds of laboratory put a small picture in the upper left corner for instructions, LCD and digital display meter to be powered to display the picture before the effect), PX series standard with LCD screen, DNP series have LCD or digital display meter, 303 series with digital display meter or pointer meter. The LCD temperature control accuracy is ± 0.1 degrees, with RS485 microcomputer interface function, network management, and monitoring can be realized. The controllable accuracy of the digital display is ±0.5 degrees. Accuracy and function of the liquid crystal meter are obviously better than the digital display meter, digital display meter is better than the pointer meter. In addition to the pointer meter, other laboratories are using microcomputer intelligent PID control technology, which can effectively reduce the temperature of the problem.

About the laboratory setting method.

Pointer meter has only temperature setting function, twist control. Digital display and liquid crystal meter have the function of temperature setting and timing, first press SET setting key, SP set temperature appears, press to save the set temperature, SE set time appears, press to save the set time, a time set to 0, means no timing.

Our incubator in addition to the pointer meter has an over-temperature alarm function, more than the set temperature meter will beep alarm.

The factory voltage is set at 220V, 50Hz, which can be changed to 110V, 60Hz according to the customer's request, which is suitable for the voltage requirements of many countries.
