What are the types of incubator control instruments?
An important part of the incubator is the control instrument. Those familiar with this product will know that there are several types of control instruments in the drying oven, and different instruments have different meanings.
The control instrument is the core component of the device. The display is generally divided into an LCD screen (optional touch screen), digital (digital), and pointer. The control precision from high to low is LCD-digital-pointer.
In addition to the display and control accuracy of the instrument, the precision electronic components and temperature and humidity sensors of the control panel, intelligent programs, and supporting software all determine the various functions and overall performance of the equipment.
All Hengli systems are equipped with LCD screen control instruments as standard, with a control accuracy of ±0.1°C. Sensor sensitive components and key precision control components are imported. Optional multi-segment programming software is also available, which can be connected to up to 16 devices at the same time through a computer for real-time monitoring.
Except for individual models, Kenton series adopts digital instrument accuracy of ±0.5℃ or pointer type accuracy of ±1℃. Among them, the digital model has a PID control function, which can reduce temperature fluctuation and reduce temperature shock. The pointer type does not have this function.
Tips: Customers who have requirements for temperature and humidity accuracy and uniformity are advised to choose LCD screens or digital instruments, and optional LCD instruments that require networking and program control. The pointer instrument is only used for general use and can be fluctuated within a certain temperature range, so it is not recommended for the testing industry.
