How to deal with the CO2 concentration of CO2 incubator not reaching the set value

The co2 incubator is improved on the basis of common culture. It is mainly able to add CO2 and humidity to meet the environment required for microbial culture. It is carried out by a carbon dioxide concentration sensor.
How to deal with the CO2 concentration of CO2 incubator not reaching the set value?
Fault content: when the carbon dioxide incubator is ventilated, the air is opened too much. Now, no matter how big the gas is, carbon dioxide is less than 5%.
1)method: check whether the valve of the external CO2 cylinder is open and whether the pressure of the CO2 cylinder is normal (no less than 3kg)
2) method: If the filter membrane in the incubator is broken due to excessive pressure, it may be OK to change the filter membrane
3) method: Air intake control solenoid valve failure, check the fault according to the wiring diagram.
