1. Before turning on the power, make sure that the switch is set to the "off" position to check whether there is a circuit break or leakage.

2. Since there will be a slight smoking process during the first heating, it is recommended not to put the sample, close the door, unscrew the exhaust cover on the top of the box, turn on the electric switch, the blasting switch, and the indicator light before the official use. Put the heating switch in the "slow" position, set the temperature controller at 100 ℃, and the temperature in the box will start to rise. When the temperature rises to 100 ℃, the temperature controller will automatically thermostat, and then you can cut off the power and open the door to dissipate heat. Smoke.

3. For formal use, first place the sample on the shelf, close the door, unscrew the exhaust cover on the top of the box, connect the power supply, turn on the electric switch and the blower switch, you can choose to heat fast or slow when using, Then set the temperature controller at the desired temperature. At this time, the temperature in the box starts to rise. When the temperature is constant, the heating file should be set to the "slow" file to ensure the constant temperature fluctuation and the uniform temperature in the box.

     1. Slowly turn the zero adjusters so that the meter is at "0", and push the white or red marking line of the setting dial to the required temperature value. Turn on the power, the green light of the instrument lights, and the furnace wire is energized. As the temperature of the furnace rises, the temperature indicator pin can display the measured temperature value in time. When the instrument reaches the set value, the red light of the instrument lights and the healing power is cut off. Then, the temperature gradually decreased; when it fell to the set value, the indicator turned to green light again, and the temperature inside the box increased. Repeatedly, the instrument can keep the temperature near the set value and time proportional adjustment. After entering the proportional band, the instrument heats the average power through the periodic pull-in of the relay to minimize the temperature overshoot and achieve a Good temperature control effect.

2. The heating power in the cabinet should be well-matched with the required temperature value. After entering the constant temperature, if the green light is on for a long time, it means that the heating power is not enough. If the red light is on for a long time, it means that the heating power is too large. The time when the traffic lights are high is consistent, indicating that the power is matched and the adjustment effect is good.

3. During the initial heating, due to the thermal inertia of the cabinet, although the heating wire has been powered off, the temperature in the cabinet will rise, so it is best to set the setting value to about 80% of the required temperature value before starting After several switch actions, set the set value to the required value to avoid overheating phenomenon of the switch.

4. When the temperature of the instrument with a prompt function exceeds the set value of about 5-10% of the full range, the total low end of the prompter relay is turned on. When the temperature drops by 1%, it prompts to eliminate the total high end of the relay. The user may need to use Prompt the relay to connect the heat spray device.

5. When you find that the setting dial is loose, you should turn the setting button counterclockwise, align the marking line of the setting dial with the small black dot on the panel, and then tighten it.

6. If it is found that the meter pointer reaches full scale immediately after the power is turned on, it should be checked whether the temperature sensing element is open.
