The Laminar flow cabinet(ultra-clean workbench) is widely used in the electronics, precision machinery industry that mainly controls dust and agriculture, forestry, and medical and health services that mainly control dust, bacteria, and viruses. The installation of the ultra-clean workbench is very important. The installation steps are as follows:
1. The choice of the installation position of the ultra-clean workbench will directly affect the use effect and service life. Therefore, when installing the ultra-clean workbench, it must be installed in a plant with good hygienic conditions. It is best to lay a plastic floor or a water mill floor to facilitate cleaning and dust removal, and pay attention to the sealing of doors and windows to avoid the influence of external dust particles on the interior. Extend service life and ideal purification effect.
2. Open the product packaging, check whether the physical items are consistent with the items listed in the packing list, then open the accessory box packaging, take out the two left and right racks and the rear rack components, the rack is assembled according to the schematic diagram, use the tools to fix the left and right hexagon screws The rear part of the frame and the lower middle part need to be fixed firmly and not loose. Then, lift the box into the upper part of the frame as shown in the figure, and cooperate with the positioning bolts. Finally, use an open-end wrench to adjust the height of the caster and the ground, and place the caster positioning nut Lock to complete the installation. When moving the ultra-clean workbench, you must pay attention to loosen the front wheel brakes of the rack. After moving into place, you must put the front wheel brakes in the brake position.
3. The installation position of the ultra-clean workbench should be far away from the place with vibration and noise, especially the impact of vibration on it. If there is vibration around it, measures should be taken.
4. In order to increase the service life of the filter, the product should be installed in the GMP workshop or laboratory, and the filter replacement frequency is low. If it is just an ordinary laboratory, the filter should be replaced every two years. It is strictly forbidden to install in the working area that generates high-speed dust particles to ensure its effectiveness.
5. The normal flow of airflow in the purification area is an important factor to ensure the purification effect. It is strictly forbidden to install in a place that is easily affected by external airflow.
6. If there is a testing instrument, the leakage airflow can be checked. The inspection of the leak is to move the probe of the energy meter along the edge of the air outlet end of the upper part of the operation area and observe the pointer of the meter. When the pointer is deflected once, there is a loophole. In this way, repeatedly check the entire air outlet section to determine the location of the leak and then correct it. The cause of the leak may be that the edge sealing sponge pad is not compressed or damaged, or the high-efficiency filter has a leak. The inspection of the leakage airflow is checked with a hot-ball anemometer. After starting the fan, place the anemometer probe 200mm away from the operating table, place the probe at each position, and observe the dial pointer reading for abnormal wind speed produce.
