Muffle furnace USES and features

The muffle furnaces are used in the laboratory, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research for elements determination, heating treatment of small steel parts and other metal parts, and high temperature heating treatment of metal and ceramic sintering, dissolution, analysis and so on.


Kenton’s SXII series muffle furnaces have different sizes and have two temperatures of 1000℃ and 1200℃,which are made of the steel plate and angle steel, weld together. the oven door structure is side-open. and open the door through leverage, press slightly downward, then pull out.

SXII series muffle furnaces are enclosed , and the spiral heating component is made of electric heated alloy wire that coils all around of inside furnace, which makes temperature uniform and prolongs use life. heat insulation materials are between inside furnace and furnace shell. thermal insulation materials are 0.4-0.6 light foam and aluminum silicate fiber glass, which would shorten temperature rising time and decrease loss power and power consumption.
