What should you do when the industrial oven breaks down?

The industrial oven in the use of the process may be due to disrepair or overuse, and a variety of problems. Here, Kenton instruments tell you how to watch for these failures.


1. No response when the power switch of the industrial oven is turned on

Fault analysis and solution:

* Please ask an electrician to solve the problem of power supply.

* if the electrical heat pipe burns out, the resistance value at both ends of the electric heat pipe can be measured with the ohm of the multimeter. The resistance of several hundred kilo-ohms or infinity indicates an open circuit.

* power switch insert comes off.

* the power switch is on, check the control circuit board and the corresponding connection wire.

2. The temperature must not rise

* check whether the timing time has run to the timing set value; ★ most users do not understand this function, time running to a fixed time value heating tube does not work, the fan does not turn, resulting in no heating, the temperature can not go up.

* check if the fan is in operation. If the fan is out of order (a multimeter can be used to measure whether there is 380V voltage at the second end of the fan pin), inform the company to mail accessories for a solution.

* check the line control board, use a multimeter to measure whether the output, check according to the drawing;

3. The motor is not running

Result: if there is heating, but the inner air volume cannot circulate, resulting in slow temperature rise, the company shall be notified for replacement.

4. The temperature shown on the control panel is different from the mercury thermometer in the cabinet

Judgment premise:

The thermometer should be measured after passing the inspection by the inspection department.

Measurement mounting position of mercury thermometer: please suspend the thermometer in the center of the inner chamber. It cannot be measured directly on the shelf.

5. The temperature shows jumping or static or abnormal

The temperature sensor can be judged to have problems, to be replaced to solve.
